The role of a Panel Chair is to get the best out of the panel for the audience. Too often this is not the case and the panel seeks to convey its own agenda without reference to attendees. What should be a highlight for the audience can end up being less than so. Given my vast experience across almost all sectors we can agree what we want the audience to take away from a panel session and then my job is to keep the panel focused on the audience.
